Account Assistant / Book Keeper

Type: Full time - Permanent
Salary: 18 - 24K per annum
Location: London

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Fully capable of all aspects of bookkeeping (Handling the petty cash and staff expenses)
  • Recording the sales & purchase invoices, dealing with suppliers & customers)
  • Bank & petty cash reconciliation & producing the monthly P/L, balance sheet
  • Other ad-hoc admin & report analysis tasks & Other Office duties
Skills and Competencies:
  • Sage50 knowledge is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
  • Learning towards a professional qualification is advantageous
  • Candidates with good attention to details, team working skills and fast learning ability are encouraged to apply
